Where is my order? Once your order has been placed, you'll receive a confirmation email with your order details. As soon as your order ships, we'll send a separate email with your tracking information so you can follow its progress every step of the way.

What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. To start a return, email us at support@kikkies.com with your order number.

 

How long does delivery take? Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery times vary by region — typically 2–4 business days within the Netherlands, and 4–7 business days within the EU.

 

Do you offer free shipping? Yes — all orders over €100 qualify for free standard shipping.

 

What sizes do you carry? Kikkies runs from a size 6 to a 22. Every size is available on the same page — no separate collections, no asterisks. If you're unsure of your size, check our size guide or email us and we'll help you find your fit.

 

I received the wrong item or a damaged product — what now? We're sorry about that. Email us at support@kikkies.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll sort it immediately.
