Shipping policy

We process orders carefully, not carelessly. Here's what to expect once you've placed yours.

 

Processing times 

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves us.

During high-demand periods — launches, sales, peak seasons — processing may take an additional 1–2 business days. We'll always communicate any delays.

 

 

International orders & customs

Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost.

We have no control over customs delays and cannot predict clearance times for international shipments.

 

 

Lost or missing orders

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, contact us within 7 days at support@kikkies.com. We'll work with the carrier to resolve it as quickly as possible.
