You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. We think that's enough time to try it on properly, attend the occasion, or simply sit with it — and we mean that.
Email us at info@kikkies.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll review your request and, if accepted the customer is responsible for the shipping cost & return shipping label. We offer clear instructions on where to send your package.
Please do not send items back without first contacting us returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted and cannot be processed.

To be eligible, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition — tags attached, original packaging included, no signs of wear. If you received it with a hygiene liner, it needs to still be in place.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered — email us at info@kikkies.com within 7 days of delivery. Include a photo and your order number. We'll sort it immediately.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed within 5–12 business days back to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to post the transaction.
